Network Project Manager at Endurance IT Services

The Network Project Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing network infrastructures, maintaining and improving network performance and, preparing detailed network reports. Successful candidates should possess a solid understanding of network infrastructure and project management principles. They should also be comfortable working with a team and can communicate with both team members clearly and effectively and clients.

• Manage and coordinate networking projects from inception to completion.
• Design, develop, and deploy network infrastructures based on project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure efficient and effective performance of all networks.
• Prepare detailed network status reports.
• Manage and provide direction to team members.
• Work closely with clients to determine project requirements and goals.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Proven work experience as a Network Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, design, and implementation.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and lead team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Network Technology (CCNA, CCNP) is preferred.
