As a Network Engineer, you will lead and coordinate activities related to procuring and installing Live Scans across client locations. This role involves advising different client departments on Live Scan equipment and network requirements, assisting with equipment upgrades, establishing network connectivity between cloud-based Live Scan servers and department systems, and configuring systems to integrate with cloud-based solutions. You will also coordinate activities with IT suppliers and state technical personnel while performing other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the procurement and installation of Live Scan systems across client locations.
- Advise agencies on Live Scan equipment and network requirements to meet operational needs.
- Assist agencies with upgrading existing Live Scan equipment and ensuring compatibility.
- Establish and configure network connectivity between cloud-based Live Scan servers and department systems.
- Ensure proper configuration of client and different departments systems for seamless integration with cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with IT suppliers and client technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and support.
- Provide advanced technical support for PC peripherals, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and requirements.
- Document configurations, network settings, and support procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support network operations and system improvements.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Advanced technical skills in personal computers, peripherals, and network support.
- Expertise in network administration concepts, including DHCP, DNS, routers, and firewalls.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting computer software and hardware issues.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage and control multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook for documentation and communication.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
