SKILL: OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPSEC, QoS, L2/L3 VXLAN, Multicast
- Candidate s focus will be developing lab framework to connect IOT end points to Campus/branch networks and certify the underlying hardware, software features and end point functionality.
- Candidate would be required to identity various communication scenarios between end and edge devices and create and execute and/ or oversee the testing of data gathering, aggregation, and analytics capabilities.
- The successful candidate would have a deep understanding and hands on experience of Cisco s or other vendor.
- similar product on SD-Access (SDA) and 802.1x or NAC (Network Admission Control) and TrustSec related functionality.
- Related to these are been well versed in Cisco IOS-XE products, Micro/Macro Segmentation configurations, Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) as it is the management GUI / controller for SD-Access and its automation.
- Candidate will be collaborating with different teams, strong network engineers, and higher management in his day-to-day activities.
- It is imperative that he/ she has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 8+ Years of experience with LAN/WAN network design, engineering, and certification.
- CCIE/CCNP Level of experience.
- Experience with building Lab designs, and certification of hardware and software of products, performing PoCs.
- Strong knowledge of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPSEC, QoS, L2/L3 VXLAN, Multicast.
- Knowledge of Software Defined Access, LISP, VXLAN, SD-WAN Knowledge of Firewalls, Cisco DNA Center, and Cisco Client.
- Hands-on experience on Cisco IOS-XE, Nexus Devices.
- Python Network programming knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge in Agile process is required.
- Work under minimal supervision.
- Experience in using test tools like Ixia/Spirent, Latency generators, Wireshark.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with Network and Security teams, and vendors.
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and prioritize the tasks and work under minimal supervision Excellent communication skills a MUST
