Litehouse is seeking a full-time National Account Manager - Walmart/Sam's Club to join our team. Ideal candidate is located in or willing to relocate to Bentonville, AR.
The National Account Manager develops relationships with the largest and most complex clients to increase top line sales and decrease bottom line costs. Typically work with national accounts and other strategically important clients. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and seeks business expansion opportunities with current clients. Has detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Visits client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Provides sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; own customer strategy ensuring business priorities are in line to exceed all key sales measures (POS Consumption, Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Gross Margin, and NOI).
- Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and promotional programs, and ensures execution.
- Build relationships with Retail Partner including top management, merchandising, accounting, advertising, operations, and logistics.
- Collaborates with internal sales and marketing teams to develop long and short-term business plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Develops and manages sales plans, owns the forecast, collaborates with Demand Planning, and ensures equitable disposition of customer problems.
- Ability to manage complexity delivering internal and external deliverables, completing deadlines, multiple priorities and managing multiple datasource tools.
- Proactively utilize market data (qualitive and quantitative) to drive consumer and category lead positions.
- Utilize advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, & negotiation skills
- Be the expert on respective brands for Retailer digital strategy.
- Timely review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required.
- 10+ years experience within CPG Food sales.
- 5-7 years account management with Walmart & Sam's Club.
- Experience in Private Label beneficial.

- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to communicate in solution or project goal terms.
- Ability to manage complex product lines that require significant client relationship skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside/outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
