Our National Account Executives love working here for the uncapped commission plan and the satisfaction they feel working together with our merchants to solve their most urgent problems by providing capital for their businesses. If you want to make $100-150k or more, look no further! Our experienced AE’s average more than $125k and our top reps earn more than $200k a year. Requirements
We look for:
- Sales Experience: 5 - 7+ years proven sales record
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any related field
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Effective Communication Skills (English and Spanish)
- Experience in banking and finance a plus
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Business to business sales experience a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Telesales experience
- Ability to Build Rapport with Merchants
- Persuasive
- A track record of success as a closer achieving or beating sales goals and quotas.
- Desire to work for an organization that thrives on hard work and celebrates success while having a great time.
- Ability to build relationships, convey the value of our products, obtain commitments, and guide our merchants through the funding process.
- Skill and desire to learn our financial products.
- Proficient with MS Office/Outlook.
- Type 40+ words a minute with minimal errors.
