Our great client is currently a prime contract holder with the NGA, DLA, DIA, USDA, Coast Guard and many more Program Description: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is an intelligence agency of the United States federal government, specializing in defense and military intelligence. This program will be contributing to the design, development, implementation, operational sustainment, and continual improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, such as ServiceNow, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to DIA customers stakeholders and end-users. * Provides consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives * Develops and facilitates discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and facilitates process improvement meetings * P roposes, tailors, and develops quality/process re-engineering improvement efforts (to include the applicable documentation) to provide return-on-investment or operational improvement * Conducts benchmarking, activity modeling, and surveys * Gathers, analyzes, and quantifies performance data and measurements * Able to gather data and work with technical subject matter experts * Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices * Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction * Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization * Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments * Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework * R esolve conflicts and issues that occur * H elp the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity * Support the product owner and provide education where needed Experience: * Prior experience on a scrum team
* Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
* Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
* Experience with successful Agile techniques
* Experience managing technical debt and leading Spring retrospectives
* Ability to work collaboratively with the product owner to refine requirements
* Desired experience working in Continuous Integration (CI) DevOps environments.
* Ability to work with and lead a team
* Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment Must meet degree and years of experience criteria below: Education and Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma/GED +12
* Associates Degree +10
* Bachelors Degree +8
* Masters Degree +6
