Ideal Candidate
+ Board Certified NP or PA
+ Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting
+ BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire
+ Experience with continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pumps a bonus

+ General, adult-only outpatient clinic on the edge of growth and a reimagining of the Diabetes program
+ Flexible scheduling options (36 patient contact hours/week)
+ Supportive Physicians & Clinicians / Efficient Operations / Excellent Clinical Staff
+ Certified Diabetes Educators and Nutritionists in the clinic
+ Robust Diabetes Education Program / Community drop-in services / Group classes
+ Epic EHR

+ Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.

+ _Guaranteed first-year income range, based on years of direct experience (0-3, 3-5, 5-10, 10+): $126,776.00-$160,305.00_
+ _Employment Bonus_ / _Relocation stipend_

+ _CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year_
