Multimedia Specialist - Professional Partners Group

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Litigation Multimedia Specialist works directly with litigation attorneys to develop and execute on-time media assets pertaining to active litigation cases. They assist with technical and media support tasks in-house and outside of the firm (ie. trial) as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Design and produce polished, persuasive presentations and demonstratives as part of the litigation process (trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, etc.).
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical specialists to create medical illustrations that transform complex procedures into visual images that effectively communicate to non-medical audiences.
• Consult/brainstorm with individual attorneys, trial teams, treating physicians, experts and clients to gather information and produce effective visuals that simplify complex concepts and strengthen case arguments.
• Record/video/edit and enhance video footage to highlight crucial testimony and evidence.
• Provide support to trial teams on and off-site, traveling as needed.
• Promptly respond to inquiries and complete requests in a timely manner. Provide time-sensitive solutions to issues as they arise.
• Keep current with technology and new developments in the areas of design, video, presentation software as well as surgical equipment and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of applications in the areas of design and multimedia.
• Assist with determining equipment needs for multimedia presentations.
• Assist with other related tasks and projects (Focus groups, Lunch ‘n Learn presentations etc.)
• Any other responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
• High school/GED diploma required.
• Experience with Windows & Apple OS Systems.
• Technologically Proficient when using Microsoft, Apple, & other key software applications.
• Ability to draw free hand.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues for equipment used.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers effectively and efficiently.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload.
• Possess exceptional written skills.
• Team-oriented.
