Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project estimation, from conceptual design to final costing, including value engineering
- Oversee detailed project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including owners, partners, government entities, and internal teams
- Manage project budgets and provide regular forecasts to ensure projects stay on track financially
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, maintaining momentum and staying within budget
- Facilitate grant applications and securing necessary financial resources
- Perform regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure high-quality delivery
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of construction experience, with a preference for multi-family and development project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with government funding, Section 3 compliance, and WHEDA is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders under pressure
- Field experience is highly preferred
