Qualifications and responsibilities for this Multifamily Construction Manager position include:

Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience with at least five multifamily projects completed.
Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.
Hands-on experience in preconstruction planning and vendor selection.
Develop and execute detailed construction plans within tight timelines.
Collaborate closely with general contractors, acquisitions teams, and onsite personnel.
Oversee daily construction activities across multiple buildings.
Travel bi-weekly to New York during preconstruction; maintain 100% onsite presence in Detroit during construction.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
