Position Title: Substitute Paraprofessional (also known as Education Technician, Teacher’s Aide, Instructional Assistant, Classroom Assistant, or Education Assistant)

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill in for district employees, adhering to school district lesson plans and rules.
- Provide support and assistance to teachers and students in daily classroom activities.
- Encourage and facilitate student participation and learning.
- Adapt instructional methods to fit various student learning styles.
- For long-term positions, develop lesson plans and assess student work.
