What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients to understand their financial dreams and aspirations. Provide them with magical, tailored mortgage solutions that fit their unique needs
- Guide clients through the mortgage application maze, ensuring every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. Collect and verify essential financial documents like a pro
- Team up with underwriters and processors to make the loan approval process swift and smooth. Keep clients updated every step of the way and celebrate every milestone
- Be the go-to person for all client questions and concerns. Deliver exceptional service that leaves clients feeling confident and excited about their journey
- Be ahead of mortgage regulations and ensure all applications meet federal, state, and company standards
- Stay sharp on market trends, interest rates, and competitor products. Use your insights to offer clients the best and most competitive mortgage solutions
What You Bring to The Table
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role in the mortgage industry
- In-depth understanding of mortgage products, loan origination, and underwriting processes
- Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-energy team environment
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in mortgage software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) is a must
