Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Mortgage Division as a full-time CRM Marketing Support and Engagement Specialist. This role involves utilizing your expertise in Mortgage Industry CRM and Marketing Platforms to drive engagement and support our marketing initiatives. The position offers eligibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination and tracking of marketing activities through CRM platforms like Total Expert and Insellerate.
- Act as a liaison between users and CRM platforms, gathering feedback and insights to enhance user adoption and experience.
- Collaborate with LPO Managers, Marketing, and Compliance teams to develop CRM-based digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Measure and analyze CRM marketing performance, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay updated on CRM marketing trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM platforms, offering guidance and support to users.
- Stay informed about the latest features and functionalities of CRM platforms.
- Embrace and adhere to the bank's policies, procedures, core values, and mission.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Mortgage Industry CRM software like Total Expert, Insellerate, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with advertising and lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Professional conduct, communication, and appearance.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Publisher, Encompass, and mortgage-based CRM products.
- Familiarity with web content management and design.
- Strong creative, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Working Conditions:
- May require attendance at promotional and community events outside regular work hours.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
- Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with potential for overtime, weekend work, or varying hours to support teams in other time zones.
- Eligible for remote work.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Mortgage President.
