Job Title: Idealease Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Idealease division.
• Manage full-service leases, rentals, and maintenance services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate mobile service operations and scheduling.
• Train and supervise service staff to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in service management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial truck operations and maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software.
