Mining Technology Support Specialist Intern - Ziegler Caterpillar

About the Job
Responsibilities:
Work safely to represent Ziegler technology products as they are sold to Ziegler’s Mining market, primarily the full suite of CAT MineStar solutions
Provide exceptional customer experience by answering initial technician/customer inquiries and generating support tickets for the Mining Technology Support team
Assist with resolving customer support cases in a timely manner via office work, customer calls, etc.
Work with Mining Technology Support team to improve repair process, build training material, and communicate troubleshooting standards
At times climb onto equipment to assist with troubleshooting technology issues
Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED preferred
Pursuing degree in either Computer Sciences or IT preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required
Advanced Computer skills including network architecture, server maintenance, and report building preferred
Personal Attributes: dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail
Basic mechanical, operational, or support and service knowledge of product line is preferred
Work onsite
Able to work up to 28 hours per week
