Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney at Nagler Group

We have partnered with a well-known large Northeast-based Law Firm who is in search of a Mid-LevelCorporate Attorney with at least 3-5+ years of experience to join their thriving corporate group!

This position is available for applicants commutable to Manchester, New Hampshire or Boston, Massachusetts, with a required MA and/or NH Bar License in good standing!  

This role will involve:

• Advising clients on Merger and Acquisitions, Debt and Equity Financing, Securities Law Compliance, and Commercial Contracting matters.
• Possessing a strong understanding of legal concepts related to corporate transactions, entity formation, venture capital financing, private offerings, and securities law.
• Providing excellent communication to clients while building and maintaining client relationships, top-notch research and drafting skills, and hunger to grow your career as an experienced Corporate Attorney!
