In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team, driving customizations and optimizations within the Dynamics 365 Sales platform to meet exciting and unique business challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including creating workflows, designing forms, and managing data imports/exports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system configurations.
• Develop and deploy custom C# processes while maintaining adherence to best practices.
• Assist with data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transitions.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot system issues, and implement improvements to enhance platform performance.
• Create and maintain clear system documentation to support knowledge sharing and future development.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users, fostering adoption and seamless usage of the platform.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including its configuration features.
• Proficiency in entity customization, workflows, form design, and data management.
• Experience with C# development, plus working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of Azure tools like Data Factory and Logic Apps is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
