Coke Florida is looking for a Merchandising Solutions Specialist based out of our Tampa Headquarter location.
What You Will Do:
The Merchandising Solutions Specialist will maximize efficient use of Point of Sales (POS) inventory and drive speed to market execution of POS elements. This role will report to the Merchandising Solutions Manager; specifically taking ownership of the POS intake process supporting our digital store, coupon creation and departmental accounts payable processes. In addition, this role will support the procurement and communications related to special request from the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation of Coke Florida coupons and providing data for related reporting requests from internal stakeholders
- Ensure all marketing department invoices are properly processed for payment and/or reimbursement
- Manage POS inventory intake processes with our shipping and fulfillment partners for all local and national POS programs
- Represent Coke Florida on key system workstreams and special projects as needed
- Strong organizational skills, as you will be required to provide frequent status updates
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record for delivering sustainable results
- Effectively communicate & build relationships at all organizational levels
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree "preferred not required"
- Experience managing workflows and projects across functional areas with a large organization preferred
- Knowledge of Marketing print materials a plus
- Previous Consumer Packaged Goods Experience a plus
- Excel, Power Point, Word, and Microsoft Teams
- CONA, DMTx, Coke Catalog, SAP experience is a plus
