Key Responsibilities:

Conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans

Providing individual or group therapy sessions

Assessing clients for suicide risk or other safety concerns

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

Offering crisis intervention as needed

Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes

Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families

Required Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field

Licensure as a mental health therapist or counselor

Clinical experience in a mental health setting
