Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited school.
Current licensure in WV (LPC, LGSW or higher)
For unlicensed candidates, willingness to pursue licensure within the first three months of employment. Consideration given to Master's degree in Psychology.
Three (3) years' experience working with at-risk families preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Successful completion of background/CPS check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, including initial assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
Maintain timely documentation of all services provided.
Complete prior authorizations for services as required.
Prepare written reports as needed by the agency, DHHR, courts, etc.
Coordinate client services with other agency programs as necessary.
Fulfill duties as a mandated reporter of child abuse and neglect in accordance with state laws.
Attend weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision.
Participate in agency-required trainings (e.g., CPR/FA, CPI, CANS, etc.).
Salary Range:
$50,000 to $62,000 annually, based on licensure and experience.
