Job Summary:
The Member Office Relations Intern is responsible for supporting the coordination efforts between Valmark’s Member Offices and various areas within the Investment Operations department. The intern will assist with ensuring efficient business processing and troubleshooting member office operations as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate content preparation with the Communications Department for various webinars and industry relevant newsletters
- Assist in tracking Agent of Record change requests, facilitating follow-up, and ensuring accurate processing
- Conduct Fintech industry research to help develop tools, resources, and marketing materials for Valmark’s Member Offices and clients
- Support inbox requests, Fintech tickets, and Investment Operations phone call queues as necessary
- Provide operational support to the team as needed, particularly for projects designed to improve efficiency within business workflows

Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in college seeking a college degree. Majors in Business Administration and/or Finance are preferred, but not required. This position requires the availability to commit 15-25 hours per week during the spring/fall semesters and 25-40 hours per week during the summer months.
