Job Summary/Description:
Busy Primary Care practice Medical Secretary will be: 

• Scheduling appointments
• Preforming insurance verifications
• Doing prior authorizations 
• Typing and recording memos, emails, reports, meeting minutes, schedules and forms
• Answering phone calls, taking messages or directing calls accordingly
• Maintain, order and unpack office supplies
• Distribute mail
• Check-in patients
• Provide support to the medical assistant team
