• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls in a professional manner and routing them to the appropriate personnel. 

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently, optimizing the calendar for the best patient flow. 

• Collect necessary patient information, including insurance details and medical history, ensuring accuracy at all times. 

• Assist patients with inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, addressing their needs and directing them as appropriate. 

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient transitions from check-in to examination rooms. 

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing supplies and office equipment as needed.
