Job Description
Job responsibilities include answering busy phone lines, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, making reminder calls, and occasionally using EPIC EMR, along with other assigned duties as needed including covering Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, be flexible, adapt well to changes and work independently. Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians and other staff, and be capable of using a computer system as well as a multi system phone line. Must possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
College diploma preferred as well as a minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
Excellent benefits provided including health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick time, long and short term disability, and transportation compensation. Presence in office required during patient care hours.
