• Conduct diagnostic laboratory tests in various areas including specimen processing, hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank.
• Prepare and analyze samples in compliance with laboratory protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of laboratory results.
• Operate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Accurately record and report test results.
• Support patient care by managing timely collection and processing of laboratory specimens.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment by following infection control and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers regarding laboratory findings.

• Education: Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Certification: AMT or ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
• Experience: Minimum of one year in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software systems.
• Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
