Responsibilities Awaiting You:
- Work with the Installation Manager on synchronizing equipment arrivals, customer schedules, and construction needs.
- Ensure all preparatory dimensions and utilities are checked for compliance before installation.
- Compare delivered equipment to orders, report discrepancies right away.
- Implement the installation of STERIS machines by unpacking, assembling, and testing for operational efficiency.
- Independently manage service logs and digital documentation.
- Test equipment functionality with real utilities to ensure the excellence of installation.
- Email updates daily to keep the team and clients informed, ensuring seamless transitions and customer delight.
- Answer any final inquiries, remove packing remnants, and ensure equipment is spotless before departure.
- Maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders and respect safety protocols rigorously.
- Upkeep of tools with regular inventory submissions to management.
- Stock installation consumables to align with project timelines.
- Be prepared for additional assigned tasks.
Your Experience Level:
- Possess a relevant associate's degree or equivalent hands-on experience plus vocational training.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for client engagement.
- Skilled at technical troubleshooting and adept with digital tools.
- Solid foundation in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Adaptable and able to prioritize under pressure.
- Flexibility to work odd hours and travel extensively.
- Valid driver’s license necessary.
- Basic competence with personal computer systems.
- Meet hospital/customer credential requirements effectively.
