We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to become an essential part of our practice. We are a speciality office that treats patients with facial pain, headaches, TMJ disorders, and sleep apnea.

Duties

• Prepare patients for examination and assist doctor during clinical procedures.
• Record patient history, vital signs, and prepare examination rooms.
• Perform routine basic diagnostic procedures.
• Perform instrument sterilization.
• Ensure all patient interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.

Experience

• Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic medical procedures and the use of medical equipment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
