Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA)

Position Purpose: Under the supervision of the Director of Health Services (DHS), the MAA is responsible for supporting the Health Services Department by providing critical administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Verify student health records and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage the health services calendar.
• Assist in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to students and staff.
• Support the DHS in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a medical or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
