We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects across various sectors, including K-12 education, hospitality, government, retail, hotel, and commercial. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical project teams from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for mechanical systems in construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing projects in K-12 education, hospitality, government, retail, hotel, and commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
