Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Meat Department Associate to join our team! This position involves working directly with customers at the meat counter, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that each customer leaves with exactly what they need. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service and assistance to customers at the meat counter.
• Answer customer questions about cuts, cooking methods, and product sourcing.
• Prepare, weigh, wrap, and package meat orders according to customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat counter and display areas.
• Monitor product quality and assist with restocking and inventory management.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a meat department, butcher shop, or grocery setting is preferred. 
• Knowledge of meat cuts and basic cooking methods is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
