Performs functions related to the cutting, display and selling of product. Provides efficient and courteous customer service. We are looking for experienced individuals with outstanding retail skills as well as the passion to excel and move into a meat cutters position within the company.


DUTIES

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Responsibilities include:
• Flexibility to work any/all hours of operation.
• Support and assist the Meat Manager and Meat Assistant Manager in all tasks
• Drive great customer service throughout the store
• Help with overall meat merchandising plans
• Help maintain strong team morale
• Assist the Meat Manager and Store Manager to meet or exceed financial targets
• Complete specials projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
• At least two years experience in a retail, food or service environment
• The ability and desire to train for 6 - 9 months beginning immediately
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A strong passion for food and healthy living
• Demonstrated merchandising ability
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
