Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Materials/Inventory Clerk to join our team in the technology industry. This role is an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our inventory is accurately accounted for and organized. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our inventory, from data entry to cycle counting, and will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Accurately maintain inventory records, including data entry and regular cycle counts.
Use computer skills to manage inventory systems and generate reports.
Handle materials in the warehouse, ensuring they are correctly stored and easily accessible.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the warehouse organized and safe.
Act as a liaison between the warehouse, manufacturing, and administrative teams, communicating any inventory issues or discrepancies.
Continuously improve inventory handling and storage processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as a warehouse clerk, material handler, or inventory clerk.
Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is preferred.
2 years of NetSuite experience is preferred
Strong computer skills, including experience with data entry and inventory management software.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving materials.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various teams and levels within the organization.
