About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Mason to join a stable and growing company with an excellent reputation for delivering high-end work on Cape Cod. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and restoring various masonry projects, including retaining walls, outdoor living areas, and select commercial work. This role is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating beautiful, lasting structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair high-end residential and some commercial masonry projects, including retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and other hardscape elements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Work with a variety of materials, including brick, stone, concrete, and pavers, to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, with attention to detail and precision.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mason, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
