Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and innovative marketing specialist to manage and execute strategies that drive growth across both disruptive and legacy product lines. This role requires a strong focus on tactical marketing initiatives and full admin support, including managing industry tradeshow participation, promoting workshops and meetings, and developing multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

Job Responsibility:
Event Management:
Plan and execute participation in industry tradeshows, virtual events, webinars, and workshops.
Drive high-volume attendance and engagement at sponsored activities from inception to completion.
Develop and manage promotional campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Content Development:
Create marketing materials, presentations, and communications for product launches, campaigns, sales meetings, and tradeshows.
Revise and update existing collateral, leveraging digital formats whenever possible.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Implement integrated marketing campaigns using traditional (print, collateral, direct mail) and digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM, digital advertising) tactics.
Manage media plans, editorial calendars, and internal/external communications.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Partner with US and global Marketing & MarCom teams to shape overarching strategies.
Work with external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs within scope and budget.
Performance Analysis:
Track and report campaign effectiveness using ROI analytics and dashboards.
Monitor sales objectives, budgets, advertising, and promotional activities.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain updates in Salesforce, forecast budgets, manage expenses, and submit activity reports.
Qualification required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional B2B marketing experience, with a strong understanding of event management and communications.
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical devices is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot) and tools (Web analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Highly creative, strategic, and able to devise engaging campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel to attend and support relevant tradeshows and events.
