Marketing and Proposal Manager

Pay: $75-95k/yr. (depending on experience level)

Location: Philadelphia, PA; up to 25% travel may be required for this position

Description:

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead both the marketing initiatives and proposal development efforts for a Construction Project Manager firm.  A successful candidate would work with staff and clients to draft winning proposals that drive business growth as well as work with the social media consultants to create messaging that increases positive name recognition in the community to grow the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing and marketing
• Exceptional writer with experience in the RFP process
• Social media and technology savvy
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple teams

Job Duties:

Proposal Writing

• Lead the entire proposal development process from planning to submission
• Write, edit, and coordinate compelling proposal content that effectively communicates our value proposition
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate technical information
• Meet strict proposal deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Track proposal outcomes and implement process improvements.

Marketing

• Manage digital marketing channels including website, social media, email, and newsletters
• Lead the development of marketing materials and collateral
• Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows and webinar
• Help Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with sales team on lead generation strategies
• Manage Marketing Assistant (P/T) to achieve objectives.
