Description:
This role will be responsible for supporting the Brand Marketing team, overseeing the project management and successful launch of campaigns. The role will include trafficking and delivery of creative assets, processing invoicing, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan.
•Create detailed work-back plans for key deliverables (briefs, concepts, decks, campaign assets, etc.).
•Oversee coordination, asset trafficking, and QA of campaign assets in partnership with the marketing team to ensure on-time delivery.
•Assist with the reconciliation of expenses, invoicing, and maintenance of records.
•Manage the onboarding of partners.
•General team support such as scheduling meetings, creating agendas, note-taking, assisting in creating marketing decks and materials, and taking on additional marketing projects as assigned
•Support documentation efforts, helping to gather, organize and archive key marketing materials.
•Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, and media agencies.
