Job Summary
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be an integral member of our Marketing team, sharing responsibility for driving funnel efficiency, pipeline acceleration, marketing systems, and data for marketing metrics. You'll collaborate with Revenue Operations, Business Operations, and Marketing to develop and streamline sales and marketing processes. You'll lead the implementation and optimization of technology tools, systems, and platform integrations to enhance marketing team performance. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll champion tools, systems, and revenue efficiency, ensuring the marketing tech stack and team operate seamlessly to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to enhance value and efficiency across the customer lifecycle through unified metrics and data.
Lead and develop operational initiatives for our revenue engine in conjunction with Sales and Revenue Operations.
Identify opportunities using results data and recommend operational improvements and strategies to boost revenue generation and customer retention.
Manage marketing operations systems & tools, business operations, and sales enablement; oversee the technical martech stack (e.g., Marketo, RingLead) and ensure utilization, compliance, and connectivity of additional technology systems (e.g., 6sense, SFDC, Outreach, Domo, advertising platforms).
Establish effective business and department development metrics, including lead/opportunity/pipeline forecasting.
Build and implement marketing attribution strategies, updating and overseeing their execution.
Ensure data visibility, integrity, and cleanliness across systems and throughout the sales and marketing funnel from Lead to Customer.
Provide recommendations, evaluate, manage, and train stakeholders on industry tools and resources that drive efficiency throughout the revenue organization.
Achieve expert status in business and industry trends related to marketing operations and revenue growth functions.
Basic Requirements
2-5 years of experience in managing B2B tech stacks, preferably including:
CRM Systems: Salesforce.com
Marketing Automation: Marketo Certified (HubSpot experience is a plus), Siftrock
Lead routing: LeanData, RingLead, DataGroomr
Data and reporting: Domo, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
Experimental channels: Quora, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
A data-driven approach to marketing and conversion
An iterative builder's mindset, with the ability to monitor and optimize digital programs continually
Ability to lead strategically and execute effectively across multiple functions
Work Environment
Our company utilizes a hybrid work model to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Remote employees are expected to travel about 15%, with travel expenses covered by the company. Local employees work in-office from Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation
The expected on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and other cash compensation (such as bonuses or commissions), is currently $83,500-$100,000. This pay range is just one component of our total rewards package. We consider various factors when determining individual starting pay, including job level, location, skillset, and peer compensation.
