Marketing Operations Analyst at TEKsystems

The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for submitting Customer Marketing’s campaign assets through official review channels and working with key cross-functional stakeholders to address feedback, resolve issues and receive approval to launch campaign assets compliantly in order to achieve Marketing and Financial goals.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end “execution” of Marketing campaigns (from submission to final approval) to launch with flawless accuracy and on time; primarily execute sales collateral to support client/prospect conversations (ie: pitch decks, 1-pagers, clickable PDF’s, videos, case studies)

• Maintain relationships with external agencies from creative development to flawless execution

• Partner closely with Customer and Product Marketing Analysts and Channel Managers to understand overall Marketing & Channel strategies and capabilities, and the strategic rationale and aspirations for specific Marketing campaigns and sales content

• Act as Primary Point of Contact with our Compliance and Legal partners as needed to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations

• Understand and know how to apply GCS Marketing guidelines and standards

Qualifications: 

• Exceptional project management – highly organized with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives with flawless execution

• Strong communication skills - outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

• Collaborative mindset - Has the ability to get results through collaboration with key partners & collaborators.

• Strong analytical skills a+ – ability to draw insights and drive strategy; skills in PowerPoint and Excel with a proficiency in reporting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00
