What You’ll Do:
As the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for much more than just overseeing campaigns. You’ll own the marketing strategy from planning to execution, ensuring every dollar spent delivers results that drive growth. This means:
- Paid Campaign Oversight:
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more. While you don’t need to set up or fine-tune the campaigns yourself, you’ll need a strong working knowledge to manage vendors effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver ROI. - Vendor and Team Coordination:
Work closely with designers, vendors, and other team members, delegating tasks efficiently to keep projects moving smoothly. Strategic delegation and the ability to buy back your time are crucial in this role. - Local Event Strategy:
Plan and oversee local event strategies, including setting up booths at community events and engaging with passersby. You’ll be responsible for ensuring these events maximize brand awareness and generate leads. - Metrics and Lead Tracking:
Be a freak about tracking metrics! Develop and maintain meticulous systems to track lead attribution across all marketing channels, including paid campaigns and inbound phone calls. Ensure every dollar spent is tied directly to measurable results and ROI. - Creative Messaging and Branding:
Craft compelling messaging and copy that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversions. Maintain consistent branding across all channels to build trust and recognition. - Print and Direct Mail Marketing:
Develop and manage print and direct mail strategies to reach homeowners effectively. Monitor performance and refine strategies for maximum impact. - Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Own the overall marketing strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with company goals and values. Be innovative, proactive, and ready to implement fresh ideas to stay ahead in a competitive market.
