We are looking for a Marketing Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity based out of Santa Ana, CA (Onsite).
The client is currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to support and develop a range of marketing initiatives and programs. This newly created role will be integral in shaping and implementing a range of marketing campaigns designed to create new and enhance existing connections with our customers.
If you have professional-level experience in marketing management with proven results in engaging, converting, and retaining customers; this position could be for you.
The Marketing Manager will have the drive and experience to make an impact by delivering key content and messaging through a range of marketing channels while driving customer engagement and conversion. This individual must be a self-starter, possess excellent follow-through skills, and could work well within a team. To be successful in this position, the optimal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional B2B and/or B2C marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, familiarity with Dynamics CRM and marketing automation tools a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in executing marketing/digital marketing campaigns (minimum of 3 years).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Practical working knowledge of marketing and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with customer databases and database management within CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- After receipt of the conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass a drug screen/physical/background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to think creatively and innovate.
- An effective collaborator can share/exchange ideas and communicate well.
- Execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business goals.
- Proactively manage end-to-end direct marketing specific projects.
- Oversee the creation of a range of marketing materials and content.
- Further develop and enhance the company brands.
- Utilize marketing tools and CRM to deploy highly effective customer campaigns.
- Develop and manage the customer marketing database, opt-in/opt-out, preference centers, etc.
- Monitor strategic KPIs and key digital metrics.
- Stay current on marketing and digital marketing/media developments and technology changes.
- Effectively communicate and provide frequent updates to the Marketing Team and leadership.
Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $80,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
