The Headlines:
In the role of Marketing Manager-Bilingual you will be part of the LATAM Brand Marketing team in Miami, FL . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best in class marketing tools that drive sustainable growth for brands in Latin America. Marketing Manager LATAM is also responsible for protecting and enhancing the equity and reputation of the Trademark(s) and for acting as the voice of the consumer within and outside of Latin America, influencing and collaborating with the NA/Europe Brand teams as well as in-county marketing teams.
This position reports to Sr. Manager Consumer Excellence _._
The Responsibilities:
+ Leadthe development of all brand communication assets for all major brand programs
+ Work with internal commercial leaders to secure resources required for LATAM initiatives
+ Lead and manage the work of the brand's agencies and other providers of marketing service
+ Drive execution across all elements of marketing mix
+ Oversee BME investment for LATAM and partners to maximize volume, profit and equity growth while optimizing ROI (per AOP BME goals).
The Other Qualifications:
+ You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or Master’s degree in business or marketing.
+ You have at least 4-6 years experience in advertising with TV and secondary media
+ Fully Bilingual English and Spanish
+ Experience in LATAM Markets
+ Experience managing agencies
+ Experience collaborating with sales on implementation of retail-based marketing programs
+ Creativity and innovative thinking.
+ You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
+ You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
+ You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
+ You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
