Marketing Manager II at The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Marketing Manager for a prominent client of ours.  This position is ­­FULLY REMOTE. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $25-32.52/hour to start!
• Assignment Length: 5 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget. 
• Shift: Monday - Friday, standard shift, 100% REMOTE
• Responsibilities include: 
  • Partner with VP, client marketing and AVP, client marketing to drive campaigns that drive sales through partnerships and investments. 
  • Collaborate on campaigns to drive sales within insurance brands and pet solutions.
  • Work closely with analytics and finance to track campaign analytics.
  • Manage creative agencies to produce and execute campaigns, coordinating creative briefs, campaign kick-offs, project managing marketing collateral, assets and campaigns.
  • Submit creative projects through Workfront project management platform, work closely with Marketing team to execute and track marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate the Insurance & Investments Marketing budget, submitting PO requests, trafficking invoices and payments, updating the overall budget with forecasts and actuals.
  • Create and update power point presentations with campaign analytics and results.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to execute strategies for comprehensive campaigns. 
  • Work closely with Sales and cross functional teams to support integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement and collaboration from retailers to meet company goals.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED REQUIRED with 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Field. 
• 2+ years of marketing experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives at once. 
• Workfront experience REQUIRED. 
• Background in Pet or Pet Insurance industry preferred but not required.
