As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy and lead the implementation across all consumer touchpoints. You will work closely with Sales to oversee the product portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, and create launch/sales materials.
To excel in this position, you should be able to develop best-in-class marketing plans that increase brand/product awareness and lead consumers through the sales funnel. You should be up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices to reach customers across product lines and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategy (5Ps) across all touchpoints (both offline and online)
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Support product innovation & lead commercialization process
- Oversee campaign management
- Management of marketing assets and sales support collateral incl. but not limited to website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and ECRM
- Team leadership and management
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management/Marketing, MBA preferred
- Proven record of both product portfolio and brand communication management
- Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-functional teamwork
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Experience with budget management and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PC applications PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independent
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in FMCG/CPG Brand or Food Retail or B2B environments.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (i.e. Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience working with external agencies
