Overview
We are seeking a temp-hire full-time Marketing Manager to join a dynamic Corporate Marketing team. This role will contribute to the success of our portfolio of businesses and marketing objectives by providing marketing support to drive brand awareness and sales growth through digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials. Our ideal candidate is a creative B2B and SaaS marketing professional who has a flair for advertising, a drive for continuous growth, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work collaboratively with Vendors and Internal teams to achieve success. This hybrid position is based in Castle Rock, Colorado and will require some days in office and remote. Qualified candidates must live in the greater Denver metro area to apply and qualify.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Create and Execute all strategies to promote releases via marketing, contests, and any other initiatives
· Contribute to the company’s annual goals to increase sales of additional business products via digital campaigns and promotional strategies
· Promote brand awareness for both companies
· Manage projects and initiatives assigned such as day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns and collaborate with Vendors on larger communication and digital strategies designed to generate revenue
· Support our portfolio of brands by analyzing post-campaign performance, creating reports/presentations
· Create and manage content calendar for social media and digital campaigns
· Prepare and share digital and social campaign reporting, sharing insights on key learnings and apply them to future campaigns
· Develop and manage all social media, website, blog and advertising content designed to generate engagement among several target audiences while tailoring messaging/creative to each segment
· Assist in the creation and delivery of creative assets for all digital, social, and traditional media campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite of Programs
· Create, edit and manipulate images and graphics when necessary
· Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to discuss marketing plans and strategies
· Collaborate cross-functionally to QA all content, and outbound communications to ensure accuracy
· Report on weekly trends in all campaigns
· Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world, identify and apply best practices related to marketing through these channels
· Contribute ideas to annual marketing plan
· Daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Requirements
Qualifications/Technical Skill Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, preferred
· 2-3 years’ experience working in marketing-related roles; ideally with experience in telecommunications industries preferred
· SaaS Marketing experience required
· Experience creating emails and campaigns with Salesforce and MailChimp
· Experience with Press Release and AP Style writing skills. Experience writing articles: blog and AP Style. Work examples encouraged
· Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
· Proven knowledge with social media platforms and channels including best practices
· Experience using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Spark,Canva, Figma or other applications similar to the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design (Samples of work highly encouraged to be submitted with resume)
· Experience creating and managing content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram preferred)
· High level of organizational skills and ability to manage several projects from start to finish (from creation through execution elements)
· Works independently and collaboratively with team members on creative design elements, customer facing events, and sponsorships
· Assists in pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis and summary report
· Regular, Consistent, Punctual attendance and ability to work within a team environment that is very cross functional
Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model.
This is a temp-hire position starting with an hourly range of $40-50/hr on 1099 contract. For the right fit candidate, this position can convert to a permanent, full time position eligible for annual salary and company benefits package within 2-3 months. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
