We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key supporting role for the Director of Integrated Marketing. The ideal candidate is an experienced and strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on executing and managing marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility. The Marketing Manager will oversee social media, email marketing, SMS, and influencer campaigns, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure all efforts align with the company's objectives.
This position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing, leads the Associate Marketing Manager, and works closely with the broader marketing team to execute cohesive and effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Assist the Director of Integrated Marketing in developing and executing email campaigns, including segmentation, asset creation, and performance tracking.
- Ensure email marketing is seamlessly integrated into larger campaign strategies and aligned across all channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee the editorial calendar for all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and X.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop strategies that drive engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and values across all channels.
Influencer and Affiliate Campaigns:
- Partner with the Director to establish and manage relationships with influencers and affiliates that align with the brand's goals.
- Coordinate the execution of campaigns, including product gifting, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Stay informed about trends in influencer marketing, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure innovation.
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content for social media, email, blogs, and other channels.
- Support the Director in ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Create briefs and assets for influencer and social campaigns.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance across all channels.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Support the Director in preparing performance presentations for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, ecommerce, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and company events as needed.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the Associate Marketing Manager, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and the overall marketing strategy.
Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels, including social media and email marketing, in a retail/e-commerce organization.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo (preferred) or similar email platforms.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and cross-functional projects.
- Proficient in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors, with the ability to leverage insights to inform strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
