Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as our Marketing Liaison. As our Marketing Liaison, you will play a key role in promoting Medford Multicare Center and its services to potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, increasing referrals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our facility.

Responsibilities of Marketing Liaison:

• Develop and Implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain referral sources.
• Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry including social workers, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and other professionals.
• Develop community relationships with community organizations and leaders.
• Conduct daily visits to hospitals and referral sources to provide information about Medford Multicare Center’s services, programs, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the admissions process for referred patients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral goals and other performance targets.

Qualifications for Marketing Liaison:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities or nursing homes.
• Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems, especially in the Suffolk County area.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well with a team.
