Marketing Event Coordinator at TEKsystems

Marketing Events Coordinator - Strategically planned, coordinated, executed, and reported on field campaign programs and account-based marketing activities in collaboration with Campaign Developers and marketing leadership.

Hybrid in Roseland, NJ

Job Description: 

•      Partner with Client Marketing Directors to implement marketing initiatives including email campaigns, mailings, social media, and other collateral.

•      Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams, third-party creative agencies, design resources, and writers.

•      Manage the categorization and posting of content to the internal Sales Associate repository (Seismic) and Client Success portal.

•      Develop mobile app assets and copy, managed production of event signage and client marketing assets, and oversaw the design and production of event profiles and programs.

•      Coordinate with vendors for event support, including the creation of name tent cards, artwork, and printing.

•      Organized post-event follow-up kits containing pictures, books, and thank-you notes.

•      Support microsite content identification and addition for Advocate program microsites.

•      Generate registration and attendee reports for events, and conducted analytics for the website.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
