We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our dynamic marketing team at our Boston, MA headquarters (Hybrid – Seaport District three-minute walk from South Station). If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career and work on world class projects, we are looking for you.

As our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, brand development and management, digital marketing and content strategy, and overall management of and improvements to all aspects of marketing activities and processes.

Some of your responsibilities include the following:

• Managing daily operations of the marketing team.
• Being an active strategist with Principals and Project Managers in conceptualizing, driving, and implementing company marketing initiatives, including website, social media, video and other strategic efforts.
• Oversight of marketing deliverables and activities (proposals, qualifications, presentations, marketing collateral, awards submissions, database upkeep and other duties).
• Overseeing development and maintenance of accurate opportunity, project, personnel, and client records and reporting in our CRM platform.
• Leading development of project and personnel marketing materials in coordination with interdepartmental staff for use in qualifications, proposals, presentations.
• Implementing marketing initiatives such as internal and external communications, firm and project award pursuits, digital signage campaigns, internal and external training materials.
• Developing and implementing best practices.
• Ongoing exploration and implementation of new tools and workflows, including AI, to maintain high standards of productivity and overall competency.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• 12+ years of proposal, writing or marketing experience in A/E/C industry.
• Experience with production of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing material.
• Attention to detail, strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Proficient with CRM and DAM platforms (Unanet Cosential or OpenAsset is a plus)
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
