Xyte is looking for a highly motivated, creative, self starter, and results-driven Marketing Director to join our team.
In this role you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as with additional stakeholders, to market Xyte Device Cloud to the Pro Audio Video industry. You will be in charge of media relations, public relations and press releases, building and maintaining partnerships with industry organizations, creating, building and planning training courses and videos - stand alone and with industry partners, and certifying them with industry conventions. You will identify and plan marketing and promotion opportunities (paid and unpaid) for brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Additionally, you will manage the company’s social media channels - building and executing strategy and social presence to generate brand awareness and leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with key media and influencers in the ProAV industry
- Lead all aspects of PR and media relations, including crafting press releases, distributing to industry stakeholders (media, analysts, partners), building relationships with industry journalists, and ensuring consistent media coverage.
- Plan, build and certify courses and training units to enhance Xyte presence and generate leads
- Engage and maintain relationships with industry organizations and associations, identify and promote marketing opportunities with them
- Identify and plan marketing and promotion opportunities (paid and unpaid) for brand awareness and lead generation
- Create and execute a social media plan including posts, content, event promotions, and community engagement
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant discussions
Requirements:

- 5+ years experience marketing B2B in the ProAV industry
- Proven track record in managing PR and media relations
- Deep acquaintance with the ProAV industry, its drivers, needs, priorities and challenges
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, creative and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of AV solutions, trends, and technologies
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, 3 days a week from the office in Hoboken, NJ
