Job Description: Consumer Insights
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to further understand experiences that consumers voiced to ***. This role will take consumer voiced feedback on experiences they had with ***, analyze back end data and processes that tie with those experiences, and construct hypothesis on why consumer may have had those experiences to then facilitate follow-up interactions with consumers via activities, surveys or other type of interactions to further understand root cause, and provide input on new experiences. The goal is to capture the outside in consumer view on their experiences, identify opportunities to refine these experiences, and shed light on the root causes of consumer frustrations and motivations.
Required Skills
- Experience constructing hypothesis based on previous research
- Highly analytical
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to read and understand insight reports that contain both qualitative and quantitative data
- Understand process and systems that are developed internally, and how they can impact the consumer experience
- Strong analytical and critical skills and the ability to connect disparate pieces of information
- Experience constructing experiments/surveys/interviews/activities
Required Education
- College degree in Research/Consumer Behavior/Social Psychology
Required Years of Experience
- 3+ years experience in research/analytics
